I have been making a near daily shake lately. It is so yummy and easy, so I wanted to share what I am having. Maybe it will inspire you to be simple too. As you know, I loved kale and spinach in my smoothies. For a while, I was doing apple with cinnamon and riced cauliflower. My my gut doesn’t always love that anymore. I have scaled way back on my foods. I use 1/2 of a frozen banana, about 1/2 cup of frozen berries, 1 scoop of DoTerra Trim Shake, and then I fill my mixer cup to the fill line with hemp milk. Blend and enjoy the yum. It is so delicious. I usually have a couple meals and then end with the shake. I sip on it before I’m quite hungry. And it brings me through my evening satisfied. What do you put in your shake? Do you try to cram in all the goodness you can? I feel there is a time and place in your life to maximize nutrients, you just don’t want to lose the enjoyment in the process.
