What do I bring? Clean gym shoes, bottle of water. Be sure to wear comfortable to move in clothes.
How long is class? About 45 minutes
What is class like? You are given time in the beginning to connect a heart rate monitor and warm up. Most often, classes are circuit style. Each person will do an exercise to a set timer, then rotate to the next exercise, continuing until all exercises are complete. Once we are done, you will cool down and stretch before going home.
If I’m a total beginner will I feel lost? We are a supportive group, not only will Becka help you, the others in class will give you a boost along the way. With each person doing a different exercise, Becka is able to modify and change on the fly to accommodate all levels.
I googled the address and it shows a subdivision, is that right? Yes, it is. Becka converted her home garage into a gym studio. Park along her side of the street, and walk up the driveway. If you happen to make it to the garage door before it opens, give it a quick knock.
