Oven-Fried Breaded Pork Chops

My kids all LOVE pork chops, and I am always looking for new ways to cook them. Luckily, Ty has outgrown his pork chops with BBQ sauce, corn, and applesauce weekly request. This has been a go to for a lately, so I thought I would share.

Ingredients:

4 pork chops

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp parmesan cheese

2 tbsp Ian’s panko gluten free bread crumbs

1 tsp oregano

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Sear pork chops on all sides over heated pan on high heat.

Mix cheese, panko, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Brush oil onto pork chops, and then sprinkle bread crumb mixture on top of pork chops. (We only do one side of the pork chops, and don’t coat them. But you can be more generously with your seasoning).

Line baking sheet with foil and pre heat oven to 350.

Bake pork chops on sheet for 25-30 minutes.

We like to serve the pork chops with green beans. I sauté them in coconut oil with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. They also taste great with slivered almonds.
