Shredded Pork with Salsa


One of our go to recipes out there is just 2 ingredients in the crock pot. I love to buy the pork tenderloin on sale and just freeze it until we are ready to use it. This recipe also works with chicken as well.

Ingredients:

pork tenderloin, 2-2.5 pounds

salsa (we like Newman’s Own Farmers Garden)

 

Directions:

Put pork tenderloin and salsa in crock pot.

Set on low 6-8 hours, or high for 4-6.

Take pork out of crock pot and shred with two forks.

Serve on salad, alone, in tortilla (quesadilla, taco, etc).
