Breakfast Protein Pancake


Ingredients: 1 banana, 1 egg, 1 scoop protein powder, and 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions:
Mash 1 banana with fork. Beat in 1 egg. Stir in 1 scoop protein powder. Heat oil in frying pan. Pour in batter. Cook just like a regular pancake, flip when edges start to brown.
Optional: Fold in 1 cup of frozen wild blueberries
