Today was good. Really enjoyed the salmon. And dinner was good too. A little too much rosemary for my liking in the squash, which is funny that Ty loved it so much. I didn’t get the strawberry snack. Because grace ate all my strawberries. Mike said that they were interesting. He mixed it with the berries before eating it too soon.
As a side note, dinner could of used a little more almond flour mix and more Marsala mix. He mentioned doing an egg wash as well. I felt it was good as is, but more may have been better.
